Kaishi Tatami Fires Back at Helena “Terror” Lehrer: “Correctable Is Still Standing”
The quiet friction between technical veteran Helena “Terror” Lehrer and high-flyer Kaishi Tatami found a second round this week. Told that Lehrer had been overheard calling her style “beautiful, reckless, and still correctable” during a media round ahead of Reckoning #1, Tatami didn’t back off.
“Correctable is still standing at the end of it,” Tatami said. “She can call it reckless. I call it landing. We’ll see who’s still on their feet when it matters.”
Lehrer has not responded to the second exchange. No match between the two has been announced — DRC’s first-ever card, four days out, remains set at the four confirmed bouts revealed earlier this week — but it’s now twice in two weeks that Tatami has answered Lehrer directly rather than letting the critique sit.
