Czarina Ice named Rajah Sabu as a rival before anyone else on the roster, and with Friday’s card now confirming the two will meet at Reckoning #1, she didn’t need much prompting to pick the thread back up.

“I said she thinks stillness reads as danger,” Ice said, arms folded through the entire exchange. “It reads as waiting to lose. Friday, she gets to find out I wasn’t being poetic.” Asked if this was a step toward the Women’s Title she’s made no secret of wanting, she didn’t blink. “It’s a step toward proving there isn’t a warm-up round with me. There’s just the result.”

Sabu has answered Ice’s previous barbs with the same unbothered calm each time. Whether that composure holds up in the ring Friday is exactly the question DRC’s first Women’s undercard match now poses.
