Bulldog Bully Stephenson: “Friday, Somebody Starts Climbing Back”

Bulldog Bully Stephenson isn’t waiting for the company to hand him a match — he’s making his case in public, days ahead of Reckoning.

“That title’s been sitting empty since July 31st because a coward in a hood didn’t want to see who deserved it,” Stephenson said. “That doesn’t erase what I was doing in that ring before he showed up. Friday, somebody starts climbing back toward that belt. I intend for it to be me.”

Asked about Hammer Clarion’s continued insistence that he’s “not chasing anything,” and Nakazumi Hawaaiti’s refusal to be forgotten, Stephenson didn’t take the bait on either name directly. “Let them talk. I’m done talking about a stare-down from two weeks ago. I want to be in that ring.” No match has been confirmed for Reckoning.
