“Lehrer” means teacher, and Helena leans all the way into it — she treats every match as a lesson for an opponent who clearly didn’t do the reading. It’s dry, needling, and effective: she’ll talk through a hold like she’s narrating someone’s mistakes back to them in real time. That attitude keeps the crowd split down the middle — some find it hilarious, some find it insufferable, and Helena is entirely fine with either reaction as long as people are paying attention. Technically she’s one of the sharpest wrestlers on the roster, having come up through a strict German training school that cared more about correct mechanics than crowd-pleasing flash. The Final Lesson, her finisher, is a crossface she cranks on slowly, like she’s giving the opponent time to reconsider their choices before it’s too late.
